My poster features two unofficial national birds, one represents Denmark where I grew up, the other England, in specific London, where I have been based since 1998.
I somewhat associate with both.

Henrik Kubel graduated from Denmark’s Design School in 1997 and went on to complete a Postgraduate degree in Communication Art & Design at the Royal College of Art in 2000. Henrik has lectured in Typography and Design at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College (2000–05), Denmark’s Design School (2006) and Kingston University (2006).
In 2000, he partnered with Scott Williams and formed an independent design studio by the name of A2/SW/HK.The studio’s work has been recognised nationally and internationally with awards and certificates from British Design & Art Directors (D&AD), Design Week Awards, Art Directors Club of New York (ADCNY), Type Directors Club of New York (TDCNY), Danish Design Centre (DDC), The International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD) and Graphis Posters.
