David Carvalho

David Carvahlo

Asian Winds is an artwork inspired by Asian culture. I live in Portugal where I was born, but I am totally fascinated with Asian culture. I have travelled to Asia four times and I go back whenever I can. I have a Japanese half-sleeve tattoo and one of my main hobbies is Bonsai. I have a strong connection with Japan.

I cannot explain why but Asian culture has always stunned me for its diversity—from Samurais to the eternal search for perfection.
